The descendents of railway workers want the government to declare the land on where they live as a railway heritage site to remember the earliest settlers who came to work on the predecessor of Keretapi Tanah Melayu and continued to work for KTMB until their retirement.
The earliest settlers and railway workers settled there in the 1886.
