| Under the watchful eyes of police, former special branch man turned private investigator P. Balasubramaniam headlined a public talk on Wednesday night sensationally called "Who ordered the murder of Altantuya?"
During the talk, Bala claimed political analyst Abdul Razak Baginda had supposedly expressed regret over the murder of Mongolian national, Altantuya Shaariibu.
Malaysiakini is attempting to contact Abdul Razak Baginda for comment.
