Bekas Exco Negeri Selangor dan Presiden Jalur Tiga(JATI), Datuk Dr Hassan Ali menegaskan umat Islam kini terasa terpijak dengan penghinaan ke atas Islam samada dari dalam dan luar negara.beliau menyeru umat Islam di negara ini supaya bersatu menentang perbuatan-perbuatan yang boleh menghina Islam.Perhimpunan Bantahan Filem Hina Islam diadakan dihadapan Masjid Kampung Baru Kuala Lumpur pada 21 September 2012.
