The organisers will have to abide by the recently passed Peaceful Assembly Act, he said. "They also have to inform or give notice to the Dang Wangi OCPD of their intention. Hence, they have to fulfil this requirement. Most important of all, they should not disrupt the Merdeka Day celebrations," Ismail said.
