Erakemas Sdn Bhd, the developer who issued the eviction order to 22 villagers at Batu Uban on Aug 16 has withdrawn the letter with immediate effect after negotiation with the state government at KOMTAR this morning.

Penang Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng urged the developer to return to the negotiation table and discuss further with the villagers involved. More
